Meet Webster Marfo, the President of HP Network. With over a decade of experience, Webster has built his career at the intersection of technology, operations, and in-home support services. His work is focused on helping adults live independently, safely, and with dignity through thoughtful, person-centered care.
Webster’s professional journey began in information technology, where he developed strong expertise in systems management, problem-solving, and building efficient, secure infrastructures. As IT Director at the Professional Center for Child Development, he led system operations, staff support, and technical integrations across multiple locations.
Over time, Webster expanded his work beyond technology into direct service and healthcare operations. He has hands-on experience providing in-home support to adults with developmental disabilities and chronic conditions, delivering both personal care assistance and non-clinical homemaker services such as household support, meal preparation, and companionship. His experience working with organizations including Aspire Living & Learning, Living Innovations, Gateways Community Services, Easterseals NH, and The Moore Center has given him a well-rounded understanding of service delivery across different care models.
As Founder and President of HP Network, Webster has established an agency designed to provide a continuum of in-home and community-based services. His leadership focuses on building compliant, high-quality service systems that support both structured HCBS programs and non-clinical in-home support services. He is committed to ensuring that every individual served receives reliable, respectful, and personalized support.
