Webster’s career journey is one of growth and innovation. He started his path in IT support and quickly rose through the ranks thanks to his talent for problem-solving and mastering complex systems. As IT Director at the Professional Center for Child Development, he was responsible for everything from network infrastructure to staff training, ensuring everything ran smoothly across multiple locations.
His journey continued at Hexnode MDM, where Webster became a Customer Success Manager. Here, he guided businesses through the complexities of Mobile Device Management (MDM), helping them implement solutions and troubleshoot technical challenges. His ability to simplify complicated processes and deliver exceptional service made him a trusted expert in the field.
But Webster’s story isn’t just about technology—it’s about people. Over the years, he’s worked directly with individuals with special needs, providing care through organizations like Aspire Living & Learning, Living Innovations, Gateways Community Services, Easterseals NH, and The Moore Center. This hands-on experience gave him a unique perspective on how technology can enhance healthcare delivery and improve client outcomes.
