Philomina Owusu brings over 12 years of nursing experience to her role as Nurse Trainer at HP Networks. Her dedication to empowering our team ensures that we provide top-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and brain disorders. In her position, Philomina plays a key role in equipping our staff with the latest skills and knowledge to support our clients in the best possible way.

Every day, she works closely with our team to guide them on medication management, clinical concerns, and service coordination. Whether it’s assisting during a crisis or providing support to ensure smooth care transitions, Philomina’s expertise is invaluable. She is also instrumental in overseeing quality assurance reviews, ensuring that all medication logs are carefully monitored, errors are identified, and data is collected to continually improve our practices. Philomina is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards, including ensuring that our staff remains up-to-date with their certifications in medication administration.

Before joining HP Networks, Philomina held significant nursing roles at respected institutions, including Lawrence General Hospital, where she worked as a Registered Nurse, and at Lowell Health Care Center, where she served as Unit Manager. Her extensive experience spans a variety of care settings, including medical-surgical, telemetry, and neuro-psych care, which gives her a broad and well-rounded perspective in her training role at HP Networks.
