- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading quality assurance and compliance programs.

Responsible For
Phase 1: Nurse Trainer (1 Year as an Independent Contractor)
Primary Focus: As a Nurse Trainer, you will help ensure that HP Network’s clinical staff meet regulatory standards and deliver high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and brain disorders. This phase is a key opportunity for you to demonstrate your leadership, training, and compliance skills. Your success in this phase will pave the way for your transition into a full leadership role.Key Responsibilities:

Phase 2: Acting VP of Programming, Quality Assurance, and Compliance (After 1 Year of Business Milestones)
Primary Focus: Upon successful completion of Phase 1 and achieving key business milestones, you will transition into the Acting VP role. In this position, you will take on greater leadership and operational responsibilities, focusing on improving programming, quality assurance, and compliance across the organization. You will continue to accrue ownership in HP Network while guiding the company’s strategic direction.Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus: After successfully completing the 24-month vesting period, you will assume the Co-Founder and VP role, acquiring a 15% equity stake in HP Network. As a full partner in the company, you will help shape the company’s future by driving operational excellence, continuing to innovate in care models, and expanding our impact within the community.Key Responsibilities:
