Qualifications: Required:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in New Hampshire.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the human services field, especially in serving individuals with developmental disabilities or acquired brain disorders.
  • Proven leadership in clinical and operational management.
  • Strong knowledge of HE-M 1201 and 1001 regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience leading quality assurance and compliance programs.
  • Background in strategic planning, business development, and human services.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsible For
Phase 1: Nurse Trainer (1 Year as an Independent Contractor)
Primary Focus: As a Nurse Trainer, you will help ensure that HP Network’s clinical staff meet regulatory standards and deliver high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and brain disorders. This phase is a key opportunity for you to demonstrate your leadership, training, and compliance skills. Your success in this phase will pave the way for your transition into a full leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Certification:
o Lead the training and certification of clinical staff and home care providers to ensure compliance with HE-M 1201 regulations. o Develop and deliver training sessions on medication administration, client care, and documentation procedures, ensuring staff are fully compliant. o Assist with certification and recertification processes for staff in compliance with New Hampshire’s healthcare regulations.
  • Quality Assurance:
o Conduct regular quality assurance checks for medication administration, ensuring compliance with regulations. o Review medication logs and complete required Forms 1201 A & B on a biannual basis. o Identify medication errors and provide corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Client Care & Communication:
o Maintain communication with program managers to keep them updated on client status, ensuring that any changes in condition are promptly addressed. o Assist staff in handling crisis situations and provide guidance as needed.
  • Business Development:
o Collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals, optimize clinical operations, and enhance overall service delivery.
Work Schedule & Requirements:
  • Part-time hours: At least 15 hours per week of focused, independent work required.
  • Must be available on-call on a rotational basis with flexibility.
Phase 2: Acting VP of Programming, Quality Assurance, and Compliance (After 1 Year of Business Milestones)
Primary Focus: Upon successful completion of Phase 1 and achieving key business milestones, you will transition into the Acting VP role. In this position, you will take on greater leadership and operational responsibilities, focusing on improving programming, quality assurance, and compliance across the organization. You will continue to accrue ownership in HP Network while guiding the company’s strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Leadership & Innovation:
Lead all clinical programming, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and driving innovation in care models.
  • Operational Oversight:
Manage the clinical team, fostering professionalism and accountability. Ensure that services are always in compliance with New Hampshire’s healthcare regulations.
  • Strategic Planning:
Work with the executive team to develop and execute strategies for growth and innovation in service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance:
Oversee ongoing quality assurance efforts, prepare for audits, and ensure continued excellence in care.
Work Schedule & Requirements:
  • Part-time hours: At least 15 hours per week of focused, independent work required.
  • Must be available on-call on a rotational basis with flexibility.
Phase 3: Co-Founder and VP of Programming, Quality Assurance, and Compliance (After 24-Month Vesting Period)
Primary Focus: After successfully completing the 24-month vesting period, you will assume the Co-Founder and VP role, acquiring a 15% equity stake in HP Network. As a full partner in the company, you will help shape the company’s future by driving operational excellence, continuing to innovate in care models, and expanding our impact within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategic Direction:
As Co-Founder and VP, you will lead HP Network’s vision and strategic direction, ensuring long-term success and innovation.
  • Clinical Excellence:
Oversee all programming and clinical services, ensuring high standards of care for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders.
  • Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that all departments adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices, maintaining excellence in care delivery.
  • Company Growth & Innovation:
Lead the development of new care models and identify opportunities to expand HP Network’s impact in the community.
Work Schedule & Requirements:
  • Full-time hours: 35-40 hours per week.
  • Must be available on-call on a rotational basis with flexibility.

Phase 1 Compensation:

  • Ownership Accrual: You will begin accruing ownership in HP Network on a monthly basis during this phase. Full vesting will occur after 24 months.
